What is one to do? Hurry up, wait, and learn.

I am working, creating, working with my kids, cleaning, and occupying my time.  Trying not to focus on where I should be but on what blessings are right next to me.

We are having more family time and fewer activities. No hurry up and wait. 😉

We are seeing my mom more because we have fewer activities.

Working together in my office. I didn’t like it at first but now I really do enjoy having my husband here.

The kids are bonding and doing more together, at least the girls are, lol!

Learning is now hands-on, real-world activity. No classrooms, no teachers. How they miss their teachers and friends though.

Watching lots of shows and movies.

Reading more.

The list goes on. However, my heart really aches as at this time I should be in Aruba with my mom. Some time together at her favorite place. I love going there with her and can not wait to be there with her again. ❤

So we will continue to hurry up, wait, and learn.

The other thing I have been doing is a lot more art. On the left is a pen and ink drawing I did on a notebook a few months back and on the right is a work in progress. This piece is going to be colorful and completely digital. I am using Adobe Fesco and love the program over Procreate. We shall see how it turns out. What are grateful for today?
