Why I wrote this story
Nelly and the Night Sky is a story about love, loss, and the connections that remain long after someone is gone. Through a journey of friendship, wonder, and discovery, Nelly the Narwhal searches the stars for her mother's love and learns that the people who shape our hearts continue to guide us in unexpected ways. My hope is that this story offers comfort, sparks meaningful conversations, and reminds readers that love shines on—just like the stars above.
