Thank you for your purchase from Julie M Studios. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

Policy Details
You can return your item within 14 days from the date you received it. 
Items that can’t be returned include:  Discounted / Sale Items. Custom/commission Orders can NOT be returned. All sales are final on any custom/commission order.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Julie M Studios strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Restocking Fees
Julie M Studios does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details
To return your purchase from Julie M Studios, place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Julie M Studios will process your return. Julie M Studios will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
